Des citronniers

Important producer of this citrus since centuries, the town of Menton has made it its symbol. The Lemon tree has very large scented leaves and white flowers just as scented. The blossoming is long and renewed.

Des palmiers

The palm tree is not a tree, but a monocotyledon. The stipe is to the palm tree what the trunk is to the tree. It supports the terminal leaves. It forms with the fibrous petiole.

Un solandra

The blossoming is magnificent and the trumpet shaped flowers are of extreme elegance. In Menton, there is only one other Solandra. Also called the « Golden Cup », it offers remarkably large flowers.

Des bougainvilliers

The flowering is generous from spring to the end of fall, and the dark green leaves will persist all year round. The bougainvillier is a scented vine.

Un magnolia

The Magnolia grandiflora is a large flower species with persistent shiny leaves. It grows slowly and is very appreciated for its remarkable white or pink tulip and star shaped flowers.

Un Jacaranda

The jacaranda is a beautiful tree originating from tropical Latin America and Madagascar, particularly appreciated for its magnificent mauve flowering that goes on all summer.
