Terms of Sales

These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded directly by telephone, email or on the website of the Hotel Lemon, As a result, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them unconditionally. Reserve. These conditions of sale are modifiable at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date on which the reservation is made.

Reservations and means of payment

A credit card number or a deposit is required to confirm any reservation. A pre-authorization will be carried out on your card before your arrival. In the event of refusal of authorization by the credit card center, or in the event of an invalid card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The reservation will only be effective after receipt of a detailed reservation confirmation from the hotel.
The hotel accepts cash payments in the current currency in France (Euro), Bank Cards (Visa / Mastercard), Holiday Checks (ANCV and related conditions).

The rates

The prices indicated are in € uro and TTC, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected and do not include any other service (unless otherwise stated).
Tourist tax, at an additional cost, must be paid directly on site. The rate applied will be the current one set by the municipality.

Changes and cancellations of stay

Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be the subject of a written request by email or letter to the Lemon hotel

  • More than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the deposit paid is refunded or postponed for a future stay.
  • Less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, delayed arrival, early departure, the amount of the first night reserved or the night concerned will be due (accommodation and other services reserved) , invoiced and debited from the card left in guarantee.
  • Special rates (non-refundable, non-exchangeable) are subject to other conditions than those listed above (see the conditions of these rates at the time of booking and confirmation).

Arrival departure

The rooms are available to the customer from 2 p.m. (on the day of arrival).
The rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
In the event of failure to comply with the time, an additional night may be charged.
Guests occupying the rooms must adopt, in the hotel, in all circumstances, a behavior compatible with the rules of politeness, respect, decency and generally allowing the preservation of the tranquility of all.
In case of arrival after 8:00 p.m., reception must be notified.

Responsibilities

The Lemon Hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to customers’ belongings during their stay. The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism that may occur as a result of occupancy of the premises, including movable, decorative and real property belonging or not to the Hotel.
As a result, Hotel Lemon can therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement for the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts.

Complaints

Any complaint must be addressed to the Hotel Lemon, and this within 15 days of the departure of the stay which is the subject of the said complaint, and in the absence of a satisfactory answer within 15 days of the customer service of the hotel, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.com.

Applicable law

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for the substantive rules as for the rules of form. The disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
